Custom Designed to Meet Your PEMFC Testing Requirements

Modular 1,3 and 6 Cell Test Stations:
The Modular Single cell test Station consists of a Control Module and a Cell Module. One Control Module will be capable of controlling up to three cell Modules. A single cell Control Module/Cell Module assembly will be housed in a single enclosure, but additional Cell Modules are housed in separate enclosures.

Flexible Gas Delivery System:

Multiple software selectable reactant input streams
Reactant Humidification:
- Membrane type humidifier -80°C dew
  point ± 1°C
- Independent anode and cathode control
Heat traced reactant path ( From humidifier to cell, ± 1°C )
Cell heater control ( 200W , ± 1°C )

Automated Testing Package:

Multiple control modes:
- Constant current, voltage and power
Programmable load profiles
Automated cell warmup incubation

Data Acquisition & Control:

Graphical User Interface (GUI) using LabView&0174;
Ethernet port for connection to external network
Log files stored in CSV format
Voltage Accuracy ± 1mv
