HP4V-A Weight-Based Dewar
Delivery System
The HP4V-A Weight-based Dewar Delivery System senses weight to deliver a continuous, uninterrupted flow of gas even as one Dewar empties.
The HP4V-A Weight-based Dewar Delivery System delivers gas from one Dewar until the content is reduced to an amount programed buy the user. At that time, delivery is automatically switched to a standby Dewar so a continuous flow of gas is provided.
Each system consists of two HP4V-A Dewar Delivery System Controllers, two Digital Weight Indicators, two platform scales with loading ramps, and a power distribution box.
Each HP4V-A consists of a four-valve high-pressure gas panel, a programmable logic controller (PLC), solenoid valves, associated electronics and an enclosure, and is powered with 24vdc from the included power distribution box.
