Point of Use Forming Gas Mix System: Model FGMS
The Precision Flow FGMS is a point of use forming gas mix and delivery system. The FGMS consists of a high purity gas manifold and dedicated control system, housed in a compact enclosure. The plumbing has been designed with low internal volume and minimal dead legs. All wetted services are 316L SS and orbital welded where possible. Field replaceable components are connected using VCR fittings. Supply and delivery pressures are displayed on gauges, visible through a viewing window on the front of the system. Delivery pressures are user adjustable by means of a single stage tied diaphragm regulator. Thorough gas mixing is accomplished by means of a static mixing tube.
The dedicated control system allows the user to fine tune the ratios of hydrogen and nitrogen, and indicate total flow. The system is ideal for process development where flexibility is needed or for installations where facility-supplied forming gas is not available.
