Wall Mount Gas Cylinder Delivery System: Model DS-WM
The TMDS-WM is a fully automatic system based on a state-of-the-art control system architecture that provides fail safe operation with exceptional reliability. Redundant hardware interlocks, a cabinet design that meets the S2 tracer gas requirements, extensive engineering efforts put in place to ensure the elimination of Pyrophoric reactions during venting of gases such as Silane, and external hardware-based safety interfacing with equipment such as area monitors. The system is equipped with an OSHA approved lockout-tag switch, sprinkler head and exhaust monitoring. Intuitive software and hardware designs provide for ease-of-use and maintenance. This system is ideal for process development where current facilities may not have distribution for new gas types or for low gas use conditions. Its compact size allows installations where large, full-size cylinder cabinets may be prohibitive.
