The AGIS-6V is a fully Automatic Gas Isolation System based on a state-of-the-art control system architecture that provides fail safe operation with exceptional reliability. Redundant hardware interlocks, a cabinet design that meets the S2 tracer gas requirements, extensive engineering efforts put in place to ensure the elimination of Pyrophoric reactions during venting of gases such as Silane, and external hardware based safety interfacing with equipment such as area monitors. The system is equipped with individual OSHA approved lockout-tag out for each gas stick. Intuitive software and hardware designs provide for ease of maintenance.
