August, 2009 - Precision Flow Technologies continues to expand their operations by adding another 5000 square feet of “White” manufacturing space to their Saugerties, NY facility

May, 2009 - Precision Flow Technologies backs up its commitment towards quality as they expand into the Medical Device Industry. Their Quality Management System received certificate of registration to I.S. EIN ISO 13485:2003 and 9001:2008 to support the design, manufacture and test of electrical and mechanical assemblies and systems for the medical industry.

October 11, 2008 — ASME Meeting, Shrewsbury, MA — Steve Avedikian of PFT will be a key speaker.

July, 2008 - Precision Flow Technologies adds 5000 square feet of “White” manufacturing space to their Saugerties, NY facility.

May 1, 2008 — PrecisionFlow Technologies acquired Advanced Digital Motion, located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. The company will focus on factory automation equipment for the solar market.

October 2007 — Kevin Brady, President, receives Businessman of the Year Award from local Government agency.

September 2007 — PrecisionFlow Technologies ranked 26th out of 5000 on INC Magazines 2007 Manufacturing Company category.

May 15, 2008 — PFT ships multiple process gas delivery equipment sets to major Photovoltaic Solar company in China.

April 16, 2007 — PrecisionFlow Technologies opens a satellite office in Albany, NY to help manage increased business. Headquartered in Saugerties, PFT first opened its doors in 1997. It has since grown to a company consisting of over 90 employees.

April 9, 2007 — PrecisionFlow Technologies announces its recent facilities expansion from 40,000 square feet to 58,000 square feet. This expansion was made in order to accommodate continued increase in sales and production in both their fuel cell and gas delivery lines.

April 2, 2007 — PrecisionFlow Technologies began shipments of a new high volume MOCVD process tool to a major US OEM. PFT and our customer jointly designed the new system using modular design techniques and advanced system architecture. The results improved the overall footprint and reduced the cost of the system.

July 7, 2006 — Precision Flow awarded GSA contract.

June 14, 2006 — Precision Flow announces new line of NanoPurge gas cabinets, and valve manifold boxes.

May 15, 2006 — Precision Flow Technologies awarded design build contract from Veeco Process Equipment for DLCX Platform.

Feb 1, 2006 — Precision Flow Technologies ships inital ION Beam Etch Platform to Veeco Process Equipment.

Dec 1, 2005 — Precision Flow Technologies ships highly customized 6 Cell Test System to Case Western University in Cleveland, OH.

Nov 11, 2005 — Precision Flow Technologies signs partnership agreement with Ceramic Fuel Cell Limited, Melbourne, Australia to manufacture and market solid oxide fuel cell test sytems worldwide.

Oct 15, 2005 — Precision Flow Technologies adds a new 4,000 square foot Class 100 Clean room to the manufacturing facility to address the increased volume of UHP orders.

July 12, 2005 — Precision Flow Technologies is selected to design and manufacture ultra high purity inert H2 and process gas delivery system for the worlds largest information technology company's new 300mm facility.
